COB strip light Structure:

1> Flip chip. The color change is achieved by applying phosphor.

2> The chip supplied by the supplier does not have fluorescent powder, so the factory needs to use fluorescent powder glue to achieve the desired color during production. Chip cost compared to CSP will be lower. White products only need to point a color of phosphor glue, high production efficiency, the corresponding cost is low. This product is not suitable for RGB products, if you do RGB, you need every color point phosphors glue, and then together point phosphors glue, very low efficiency, very high production cost, so COB is suitable for white light, RGB, RGBW low efficiency, high cost, light color is not uniform.

CSP strip light Structure:

1> Flip chip, the supplier has already ordered the fluorescent glue chip, the factory does not need to point phosphor glue.
Because the CSP chip supplier will carry out color packaging processing, the price of CSP is more expensive than that of COB chip. If white light is made, the cost of CSP is higher than that of COB at present. If it is to do RGB, RGBW, because the received material is already a good glue chip, the manufacturer only needs to directly glue welding chip, no more color processing, so the price of the finished CSP RGB, RGBW has a comparative advantage.
